I don't know the proper name for the decorative cabbages I saw in Invermere, BC, on the weekend, but they're darn pretty. I wouldn't mind having some myself :-)

Doesn't it look like that? The white cabbage was not as tightly curled. They were monstrous - larger than a foot wide.
